Tools You Will Need:

Fantastic Machine's Tiler

You can get that below here (The Seamless Tiler Feature is free)

Fantastic Machines

Tubes Of Your choosing

A Paper Texture

1. Open a new image 200x200
flood fill with a color from one of your tubes adding a
texture now if you would like.
you will be using or one that compliments them nicely.

2. Add your tubes on two separate layer's so you can move and center them.
(hint your tubes will lighten so you may want to duplicate them now
or add them after you make it a seamless tile)
leaving room at the top and bottom so when we make this
Selection seamless they don't get distorted.

3. Merge visible.

4. Make sure you save this now.
Make a copy, click on ctrl and D.
Close the original and we will work with the copy
So you don't make a mistake with the original.

5. Open a new image 1200x200

6. Flood fill with the same color you used on previous image
(using the same texture you used in other tile)

7. Open the copy of your other image now.
Edit copy open your larger image now,
Click on edit paste as a new layer and place this in the left corner.

8. To Give it some depth we will
Add the drop shadow as seen in image below.

9. Merge visible

10. Using your FM tile tools we will make this a seamless border.

11. Click on effects - Plugins - FM tile tools - Seamless Tile

Now you have a seamless tiled border with a shadow
Easier Than you thought??

Doesn't the shadow give it depth,
To me it looks like two different layers

One of the most frequent questions I get asked is how
To center the contents of a page with a border
Feel free to check the source code here to see how to do the HTML.

Most people use tables to do this but if
Your not familiar with tables here is a simple way
Open a transparant image in psp 20x20
Edit - Copy
Open Animation shop
Paste as a new image
Save to a file and name it vspacer
Now you have an invisible image you can make as wide
As you need to make this your written text align left

Now it is Centered in the same area

You just change the size and value

See how easy that is??
