This Is What We Will Be Making
Tools You Need
1) Tube of your choice to place in center of egg
2) Lace
My Favorite Lace Site Is
T B Designs
3) Imagination
On your Mark - Get Set - Let's Create
1. Open a new transparent Image 247x182 pixels
2. Choose a color for the background Flood Fill with your color
I am doing this one for Valentine's day so I choose #E22000
3. Click selections, select all
4. Open the lace pattern you have chosen
5. Click on the top blue part to make it the active image
6. Click on image resize
Make sure when you resize you have the bottom box NOT CHECKED See Image
7. Use values as seen in image
8. Click Edit-Copy
9. Make your working image the active image once again
10. Edit - Paste - Into Selection
11. Effect sharpen one time
12. If you have any area not covered by the lace use your
crop tool and crop exactly to the edge of the lace
And resize to correct size and effect-sharpen (247x182)
Again Make sure Bottom Box Is UNCHECKED
13. You should have something like this now
If you have it selected hit ctrl and D to deselect now.
14. Click on Effects - Geometric Effects - Circle
15. Your image should look like a basketball now
16. Click On Effects - Geometric Effects - Perspective Verticle
(See Below)
17. Use the number 45 (image above), now you should have an image like this
18. You have What Looks Like An Upside Down Egg Now So
Click On Image - Flip
19. Now You Have Your Lace Covered Egg
