To See One of these tiled on a page click HERE
I'm not giving you any settings to use this is up to you and your imagination and what appeals to you.....
1) Open a new image 125x125 White Background
2) Add 100% noise uniform, you can vary this to get different effects
play around see what you can come up with.....
In PSP 7 click effects -> noise -> add and put in 100% uniform
In PSP 8 Click adjust -> add remove noise -> add noise 100% uniform
3) In PSP 7, After you have your noise added go to colors, grayscale, then go to colors add color 16milion... it won't work if you don't do this...
In PSP 8, After you have your noise added go to Image then grayscale. Then go to Image increase color depth Pick 16 million.
4) Then go to effects, plugins , filter factory A Kaleidoscope II,
then choose the effect you like the best there are as many different ways to make this as there are stars in the sky...
5) When you are happy with a design go to (PSP 7) effects -> enhance photo -> manual color correction ...
(PSP 8) Pick adjust, color balance, choose Manual color correction,
Choose what color you would like to make this ...
Now how easy was that??
No need to make this seamless either...
